Do you accept returns?

Unfortunately, we do not. Every item is made to order. Please make sure to measure your furry friend's neck with a measuring tape (leave one or two inches for comfort). 

 

When will I receive my order? 

The current processing time is 5-10 business days. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive a shipment confirmation with a tracking number. 

 

What are your shipping options?

Currently, we provide $5 economy shipment (5-8 business days) and $7 standard shipment (3-4 business days) within the U.S.A. For orders over $50, the shipping is free for all domestic orders! 

For international shipments, the rate and shipment time depends on the country. All the rates will be posted at the checkout. However, we cannot control any customs or import duties that are applied to your package.
